Return & Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and exchanges.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
Products can be exchanged within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
What are the criteria for Keoshaa’s Exchange Policy?
- We offer our customers an option to exchange items purchased on Keoshaa for the same or different sizes of the same style or for any other product of the same/higher value from Keoshaa’s collection itself; within the specified exchange period subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
- The exchange of the product will only be successful after our team has received the product in its original condition and the quality check is approved by our QC Team.
- If the Quality of the returned product is not up to the mark, the brand holds the right to cancel the exchange request. In that case, the product will be shipped back to the client.
- If you choose to exchange the product for a mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
- If exchanging the product for a higher value, you will have to pay the difference between the product that is been taken.
Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered) (Video proof required in all cases)
Note: We do not allow the customer to return the product/ we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.
The Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.
We require product images and tags in the below-mentioned cases:
- A defective product received
- Wrong product received
- Wrong size received
- Unhappy with colour, i.e. Faded/Blurred
- Incomplete order received
